Oh no! We’re upset to know you want to return your item. No problem!
Follow the steps below to ensure a successful return:

- Damaged items, incorrect items, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise.

- For UK customers, you are able to return unsuitable items within 14 days of the date shown on the dispatch note.
- For international customers within 28 days of receipt of your order.

- We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 22 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us.(excluding global bank holidays)

- A refund will be credited to your original payment method.

- Please note some banks may take longer to credit your account.

- We are not liable and cannot take any responsibility for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.

- Any items returned for refund or exchange must be in original/fully resalable condition and any labels intact.

- Footwear returns must include original shoebox and show no signs of wear.

- We do not provide return labels and it is the customers obligation to pay shipping costs to the returns department.

Once processed, a £2.99 handling and processing fee per item will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will then also receive an email from us to say your refund has been processed.

The following items are NON-RETURNABLE under any circumstance:
For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery is non-refundable.
Cosmetics, beauty products
Once the original packaging has been opened or damaged.(unless faulty)
Any merchandise marked final sale
If any of the above mentioned items are returned, no refund or exchange will be processed. We can reasonably decline your refund.
The customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges that go into recovering the merchandise.

Due to our constant changing availability, unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges.
- You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.

International Returns:
It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your item(s).
We do not offer discounts or additional promotional codes – please subscribe to our email newsletter for the latest updates, restocks and sales.
Returning UK orders
You can return item (s) to us via Royal Mail.
Include inside the return package a delivery note, indicating your reason for return.
Repackage the goods in the original packaging (or a suitable alternative).
Simply drop your parcel off at your nearest Post Office, remembering to request a proof of postage.
Your refund will automatically be processed once the returned order has been received back at our warehouse.
We recommend you obtain and keep a copy of your proof of postage when returning items to us.
