Are you getting more stock in?
Some of the items on our website sell out quickly, however, we regularly update our site so it's worthwhile checking again.

Wash and after care advice? 
We test our garments to ensure their beautiful appearance is maintained after cleaning and the care label is designed to help you look after your garments in the best way possible.
Separate your wash into whites, darks and colours to reduce the risk of colours running.
Wash garments with contrast trims or panels separately, the fabrics have been designed to be washed together but may absorb dye from other garments – especially important for Black and White.
Fringing can get tangled in the washing machine, hand wash where possible.
Dry knitwearflat as it can stretch or 'drop' when you hang it `
Wash denim and coated fabrics inside out to protect the surface and prolong the depth of the colour.
Reshape jersey when you take it out of the washing machine.

When will my order arrive?
UK Standard deliveries will arrive within 4 working days.
Express/Nominated Day deliveries will arrive on your chosen day.

Sorry, but due to the very fast movement of stock during sale time, we're unable to carry out product searches for any sale items.

Which payment methods does peppersoda accept?
Peppersoda.com accepts all major credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro.
PayPal is also accepted and valid for all currencies.

Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes, our carriers will require a signature when they deliver your parcel.

When will my order be delivered and can I track my order?

Do I need to open an account to place an order online?
No, you can use the guest checkout to complete your order. Having an account not only speeds up the order process,
but you will also be able to see your order history, save your personal and payment details as well as edit your favourites items.

Can I cancel my Peppersoda Newsletter subscription?
You can easily cancel your subscription by clicking on the Newsletter menu. Fill in the details and select send.

How do I recover my forgotten password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the Log in section. You will receive an email with your new password.

Can I remove items from my order?
Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet.

I have received a refund confirmation email but can't see the funds in your account?
If you have received a refund confirmation email but cannot see the funds in your account, the time taken for these funds to appear will depend on your bank or
card issuer's processing times. If you have any concerns regarding the whereabouts of these funds, please contact your bank/card issuer for further information.

What if my parcel is lost? Will I receive a refund?
In the unfortunate event that your parcel has been lost in the post, we will have to log a full investigation with our couriers service which can take up to 2 weeks.
If we find that you have received your parcel, you will not be credited back for your goods.
If your parcel is declared lost, we will replace your items (stock willing) or credit your account back.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service.

What happens if my parcel is returned to sender?
If your parcel has been returned to sender, our customer care team will contact you once the parcel is received back to us. If the parcel is returned back due to
an invalid/incomplete address the customer will incur the charge for both original postage and the return postage.

Can you deliver to my work address?
Yes. Just make sure that you or someone is there to accept the delivery. Evening deliveries cannot be delivered to work addresses.

Why did my promotion code not work?
Your code must be entered in the format in which it was received.
Please check that the code/link you are using is still valid and not out of date.

I'm using the Android® / iPad® / iPhone® app and there is nowhere for me to enter my promotion code?
The Android®, iPad® and iPhone® apps have been updated to enable you to enter a promotion code when using them. Please check the app store to ensure you have
the latest version of the app installed on your device.

Where do I enter my promotion code?
When placing an order with Peppersoda, select the items you wish to purchase and enter your promotion code where indicated.

Can I enter more than one promotional code?
You can only use one promotional code at a time.
If you enter more than one promotion code, only the last code you enter will be applied to your order.

When will the discount be applied to my order?
Depending upon how you are placing your order, your discount will be applied either in your shopping bag or during checkout.

I forgot to add my promotional code before I confirmed my order...can the discount still be applied?
It is not possible to apply the discount after you have placed your order.

Where can I find your promo codes?
These will be sent via our newsletter or posted via our pages on social networks (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, etc)
and are promoted by 3rd party voucher sites.

Can I amend any part of my order?
We’re sorry, we cannot amend any part of your order (including the delivery address) or upgrade a standard delivery to Express once it has been submitted.

Where do you deliver to?
We currently ship worldwide. We have various shipping options from a next day service (UK only) to a standard service.

I am having problems accessing or buying from your website?

the following details as possible and don't worry if you're not very technical just give us as much information as you can.

Why has my delivery not arrived yet? (UK customers)
If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, contact us and we’ll see wha.

If you’ve ordered during one of our sales it gets pretty busy, so your delivery might take a little longer to get to you.
Your expected delivery date will be provided at checkout. Please allow this date to pass before querying the whereabouts of your delivery.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands will take 5-7 working days to arrive for Standard deliveries and an additional
working day for Express deliveries.

My webpage froze when placing an order, has my order been processed?
If after entering your payment details and placing your order, you find that the page freezes and you never see confirmation that you order has been placed or
your order number, please follow these steps:

Wait 30 minutes and check your emails. If you receive an order confirmation email from Peppersoda your order has been successfully placed.
Step 2 –
